To submit an Application for a Mortgage Release Certificate:
Complete the online application,
Upload a copy of the payoff statement, and evidence** (a copy of both sides of the check negotiated by the mortgagee or mortgage servicer OR a copy of the wire confirmation to the mortgagee or mortgage services) that payment was made.
If the mortgage is an open end or home equity line of credit (HELOC), upload documentation to verify the account has been closed.
Pay a $200 application fee.
